Keystone men’s soccer posts shutout win

Keystone College’s men’s soccer team jumped out to a 3-0 lead in the first nine minutes of Monday afternoon’s non-conference game at Valley Forge Christian College and cruised to a 6-0 win over the Patriots. Five different players netted their first goals of the season as Keystone improved to 4-2 with their fourth shutout victory of the season.Through just six games, Keystone has already surpassed its win total of three from a season ago while their 18 goals through their first six games are one more than the team scored all of last fall.

Vets: Staffing key issue at local VA

Jessup receives funding from Lackawanna County

The third phase of Jessup Borough’s beautification project involves the construction of a pavilion at Station Park. Geisinger Cancer Institute awarded $4.4 million grant

Geisinger Health System has been named one of 53 grant recipients nationwide that will participate in clinical research programs organized by the National Cancer Institute (NCI).
