Riverside will try to clear a significant hurdle to set up a regular season-ending division championship game Friday night while Old Forge will try to clinch at least a share of the title it won last season.
Both teams will be on their home fields.
Riverside (3-0 in the division, 6-2 overall) will face Lakeland (2-1, 5-3) in a Lackawanna Football Conference Division 2 game. If the Vikings win and Dunmore wins at Mid Valley, the Riverside at Dunmore game Nov. 2 will decide the Division 2 championship.
Old Forge (3-0, 8-0) plays Holy Cross (0-3, 0-8) in an LFC Division 3 game. The Blue Devils can clinch a tie for the title with a win and then try to claim it outright Nov. 3 at Susquehanna.
West Scranton (2-3, 4-4) is at Valley View (2-3, 5-3) in Division 1.
Division 1 leader Scranton (5-0, 8-0) will try to clinch at least a share of the title at home Friday night against Wallenpaupack (1-4, 3-5).
